Cleaning services for the joint premises (EU House) occupied by the Representation of the European Commission in Bulgaria and the European Parliament Information Office in Bulgaria
The subject of the contract is the provision of services related to the cleaning maintenance of the EU House occupied jointly by the Representation of the European Commission and the Information Office of the European Parliament in Bulgaria.
The European Commission Representation in Bulgaria ('the EC Representation') shall be the contracting authority for this contract and shall act on behalf of both institutions: the European Commission and the European Parliament.
The contractor is expected to provide qualified cleaning services with a high degree of professionalism and discipline. The details which will be provided in the tender specifications and its annexes are: the services to be performed, the intervals at which they are to be performed and the timetable for their performance.
