Consultancy services, preparation and execution of Business Separation Plan and Debt Restructuring plan due to unbundling of ESO EAD from NEK EAD
The overall objective of the current assignment is preparation and execution of a Business Separation Plan (BSP) and of a Debt Restructuring Plan (DRP) in line with the unbundling and separation of NEK EAD and ESO EAD according to the 3rd Energy Liberalization Package (ITO model).
The BSP overall objective is achievement of compliance with the requirements of the 3rd Energy Liberalization Package on Unbundling (ITO model) and development of sustainable financial model for NEK and ESO with business perspectives for long-term period.
