Предлаганите от Участника параметри по обособени позиции трябва да са съобразени с посочените в Техническата спецификация на Възложителя. При подготовка на Техническото си предложение Участникът трябва да конкретизира параметрите на предлаганата апаратура в съответствие с Техническата спецификация на Възложителя, като посочи когато е приложимо марката, модела, както и параметрите им, доказващи покриването на минималните изисквания от техническата спецификация на Възложителя. Към техническото предложение участникът следва да приложи брошури и/или чертежи на оборудването /без цени/. Участникът може да предложи апаратура с по-добри параметри от минимално изискуемите от Възложителя. Възложителят може да я приеме, при положение, че те покриват изискванията от Техническата спецификация. Участникът може да предложи апаратура с еквивалентни на посочените от възложителя параметри, като в Техническото си предложение следва да докаже с подходящи средства, че предлаганите решения покриват изискванията от Техническата спецификация. Участниците нямат право да предлагат техника различна от тази, която са декларирали в офертата си

Bærum municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to a competition with negotiations (procedure in two stages/phases) for SSA-D, an IT service contract for the procurement of IT operational services for the customer ́s data centres with storage and networks/infrastructure. The contracting authority is open for tenderers who do not offer complete systems to use sub-suppliers or enter into partnership to offer the best solution to Bærum municipality. The contracting authority will enter into a contract with an operational supplier. We therefore encourage suppliers who only deliver parts of the scope to contact other possible actors so that they can together deliver the scope within the framework of the Competition Act.

Bærum municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to a competition with negotiations (procedure in two stages/phases) for SSA-D, an IT service contract for the procurement of IT operational services for the customer ́s data centres with storage and networks/infrastructure. The contracting authority is open for tenderers who do not offer complete systems to use sub-suppliers or enter into partnership to offer the best solution to Bærum municipality. The contracting authority will enter into a contract with an operational supplier. Minimum qualification requirements
Requirement 3 - Finances.
The tenderer is required to be financially solvent, which gives the contracting authority the security that the tenderer will be financially viable throughout the period of the agreement.
Documentation requirement
• Extended credit assessment/total report, not older than 3 months, from a publicly certified credit rating company, with character A (credit worthy) or an equivalent or better rating. The report shall be based on the last known accounting figures. The date must be clearly stated.
• Companies without a satisfactory credit rating, newly established companies with a credit rating of AN, some foreign companies or companies without any reporting obligation to the Brønnøysund Register Centre, will not always be able to document that the requirement is fulfilled. In such cases, they will be able to compensate with a satisfactory credit rating which provides an equivalent security for implementation ability. Such alternative documentation shall be included with the tender.
If the tenderer has valid reasons for not submitting the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with any other document that the Contracting Authority deems suitable.
