No equipment (or parts thereof) and no materials can be manufactured in or imported from the Russian Federation or from parts of Ukraine which are not under factual control of the Ukrainian government in Kiev (currently: Crimea, Donetsk Province (Donetsk Oblast) and Luhansk Province (Luhansk Oblast)).
No equipment or parts thereof can be manufactured or supplied by Russian companies, individuals, suppliers or companies from parts of Ukraine which are not under factual control of the Ukrainian government in Kiev (currently: Crimea, Donetsk Province (Donetsk Oblast) and Luhansk Province (Luhansk Oblast)).
Any other individual, entity or country of origin deemed by the Republic of Bulgaria as restricted or constituting a threat to the national security or security interests of the Republic of Bulgaria.
